We had a wonderful holiday season, spending Christmas at Grandma Kathryn's house. The Joneses joined us as well. We then headed to Braintree for a second Christmas with the Eckelmen-Brouhards. Over break, we got to catch up with good friends Nick and Star and their new baby, Elza; Alison, Matt and Petra, and many other friends.
Iris finally got her top front teeth in. Unfortunately, she was in a lot of pain right around Christmas. Now that we're through that ordeal, we hope the remaining teeth won't be so painful.
In other news, Iris turns one on Saturday! Hard to believe . . . people keep saying how fast it must've gone by, but really, it's been a long year . . .

Look closely - you can see those pesky teeth have come in.

Out for a wintry walk. Where's Iris?

Reading with Mama.

Mama showing Iris a Christmas present. She loves this book and will sit and turn the pages over and over again.

The Matts and the babies. This was a quite successful brunch at S&S in Inman (our standards for success are lower than they used to be . . . )

Hanging out with Star and Elza (10 weeks).

First sledding! Iris went down 3-4 times, basically non-plussed.

yay, so many great photos! Also cool that you added the flickr photo badge too. Is that snowy walk in Cummington?
Yeah - I saw the flickr badge on your blog and stole the idea! The snowy walk is actually in Braintree - along the river.
