Iris Graduates from Tiny Tots

On June 15th, Iris's pre-school held a graduation ceremony (many of the kids will go to Kindergarten in the fall). It was quite an affair - the kids decorated their own graduation hats, made graduation shirts with their hand-prints on them, learned and performed 4-5 songs/poems, and even shook hands as they received their graduation certificate. Then there was a big lunch. To be honest, we weren't quite prepared for such an event, given that Iris is only 3 1/2, but this seems to be the trend. She was, of course, adorable. I think her favorite part was getting a Graduation helium balloon.

We then took off for 2 1/2 weeks before she started her new school. More on that soon. Here are the photos and videos:
